Researcher

Intellectual curiosity is a trait that I hold at the forefront of my personality. To my students I often state that, “I’m never bored because I find everything interesting.” In truth, my research interests are quite varied including (in alphabetical order): commodity fetishism, genealogy, indigenous cultures, Korean War-era aviators, 19th century Irish history, marketing, memory and cognition, motivational psychology, perception, and place identity.

“In truth, learning might be my biggest inspiration. The more I learn about a topic, the more I want to know.”
